Nicole is an associate at MCL Arbitration since September 2025 specialising in international arbitration and litigation related to the recognition, enforcement and annulment of arbitral awards.

Before joining our team, Nicole served as Deputy Counsel with the German and Northern European team at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris. In this role, she oversaw more than 150 arbitrations, managed correspondence with parties and arbitral tribunals and prepared the Court’s agendas. She also gained further experience in both commercial and investment arbitration through internships with leading arbitration teams in France, Germany and the UK.

Nicole is a member of several professional associations, including ICC YAAF (Young Arbitration and ADR Forum – International Chamber of Commerce), DIS40 (German Arbitration Institution), ASA40 (Swiss Arbitration Association), ICDR Young & International (International Centre for Dispute Resolution), Young ICCA (International Council for Commercial Arbitration) and Young ITA (Institute of Transnational Arbitration).

She studied law in both Germany and France and holds a Master’s degree in German and French Business Law from Nanterre University and a Master’s degree in Arbitration & International Business Law from Versailles University. She is admitted to the Paris Bar.

A native German speaker, Nicole is fluent in French, English and Italian.
